Specialising in this way can help to drive up standards throughout the school, not just in the sporting arena - indeed, examination results in specialist colleges are improving more rapidly than the national average.

We are passionate in our desire to inspire in our pupils an enduring love of sport and an understanding of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle by encouraging participation at all levels. We are committed to developing our facilities, resources and provision to enable all pupils to participate in high-quality PE and school sport regardless of their ability, build their confidence and feel inspired to seek lifelong involvement in community sport.
